Keye-us, with the "e-y-e" prnounced just like the body part

I think Nahuel is prnounced one of the following ways:

Nah-hyool
Nay-who-ell

I tend to go with the first because I see the "uel" as being like "fuel" with an h instead of f...

But I can't be sure...those are the ways I tend to say it in my head when I read the book.
