I think If It Kills Me by Jason Mraz works really well for Jacob in Eclipse. Especiallly when he wants her to realize she loves him too. The lyrics just fit so well, and its such a soulful song.

i think that right before the fight, all that stuff, "Light Up the Sky" by Yellowcard is PERFECT. it's SO jacob!

Exactly! i promise when i was reading eclipse that song came up right when Bella was saying goodbye to Jacob or how she was choosing Edward....i swear i lost it-tears everywhere!

it makes me cry sometimes, actually a lot. it's pretty raw and intense, just like jake. and the lines "i would explode just to save your life, yeah i would explode" and "i'll ignite for you" ARE jacob.

TOTALLY. i had so many instances reading that parts with Jacob and Bella with that song playing that it really helped me understand Jacob's desperation to save Bella- no matter what it took i love jacob!!
