I haven't observed any huge error, but recently I was reading an interview that Stephenie gave back in 2008 and in the comments area somebody who was accusing her for her writing, was asking -in capital letters- something along the lines of "Why you say that Isle Esme is on the west coast of Brazil when there is land on that side of the country?"

And I thought, how come I haven't noticed that, after reading the book so many times? I opened my BD and I found the quote, which is so clear about where Isle Esme is, that even somebody completely clueless in geography would understand that it is on the side of Brazil where... water exists!!!

"As we headed due east into the open ocean, I reviewed basic geography in my head. As far as I could remember, there wasn’t much east of Brazil… until you got to Africa".

Some people are just so... jealous.

Some people don't think before they speak or write either. :)

I know, right? The worst thing is that this way they mislead others, something that seems to be their intention in the first place...

Depends who it is. I think some are just too careless to worry.
