In the phone conversation between Edward and Rosalie, Rose says something that Edward has always been Esmes favorite. Do you think Bella was her favorite too then cause she was Edwards???

i know that immortal children are different from what Renesmee was but they didn`t know if she wouldn`t also behave the same way.

Yeah, she loves childern too much, and to do that, she would also cause bella pain.
How come Esme doessn't get as much screen time as the others? And Why did she react at the death of her child so hard at that time period (she was born when losing a child was natural)? I just don't get it.

The only thing I can think of is even though she lived when it was more common to loose children at birth it still would be extremely hard to have happen. Anyone woman who is motherly & wants to have children would still be devestated. That's just my two cents.

Hmmm, I don't remember that but I think I can see why. She had a little boy who died, and then as a new vampire she gains another son, Edward. It's kind of like how no matter how much parents say they love all their kids, they love their first one the most.
I think she loves Bella in her own way, maybe not as a favorite, but certainly a lot, because Edward loves her. I actually can't see Esme picking favorites.

i reckon edward just had more of esme's attention/concern.
he was her first son and the only one who didn't have a soul mate.
i doubt bella is her favourite also, she kind of gets on my nerves.
then again, i'm not esme...

anywho i need some expert opinions, therefore i have come to ask yee merry lexicon people.

i googled it and apparently Esme's last name was something like Esme anne Platt later Esme anne Evenson

but i think her real last name was Lovely. "Esme Anne Lovely"
it just fits.
any ideas?

So as you can see, her name is Esme Anne Platt Evenson Cullen. Platt was her maiden names, Evenson her married name by her first husband, and then well, obviously, when she married Carlisle.

when edward runs to volterra in new moon.

i reckon that would be when her emotions were at one of her strongest.
that and possibly breaking dawn (just all of it)

Mostly twilight I would like to know how she sees Edward struggling and falling in love with Bella.
But there are also parts from the other books, like when Edward broke up with Bella, and BD the wedding, the pregnancy and then what she thinks when seeing Renesmee for the first time.

I like both those answers. We see a little bit of her reaction to Bella in Twilight in DHN but it would be great to get more of the story from her POV.

And also in NM when Edward goes to Italy. I am sure she was horrified and grief stricken!

I would also love to know her POV through the pregnancy in BD. This is the first time be really see her going against what Edward wants. She is always tring to give Edward what will make him happy and seeing Bella go through the pregnancy is not what makes him happy... I would love to be in her head and she makes the decision to stand with Bella and Rosalie.
