I know it's sort of implied and/or assumed that the vampires are all in their mid-twenties, but Garrett seems to me to be a bit older. Like late 30's, maybe? Is it just me?
Maybe it's 'cause I'm a bit older, and I have this teensy crush on Garrett, and I'm hoping he'd be into me
. Now that I've gotten into "Life on Mars", I'm picturing Jason O'Mara as Garrett. Whoa, baby...

I absolutely love Garrett. I wish he hadn't chosen Kate! lol I want Edward but I have to admit that Edward would never want me so... I wouldn't mind a nice shot at Garrett. lol

Garret was amazing!
He was only in half way of the book but you grow so attached to him.
When he asked Kate if he could try her talent, HILARIOUS
And that speach, ah, my hairs were standing on their ends. It was so insperational for him to stand up like that, but at the same time I was really scared. Scared that they would kill him or something like that.
And then when he tackled Kate to the ground to save her from getting herself killed and being shocked like 100 times was so romantic.
Not to mention
"I will follow you anywhere woman"
"Now he tells me"
BAHAHAHAHA

I also like how he was willing to consider the merits of the vegetarian lifestyle. Only a real man can shift his way of thinking after hundreds of years of a traditional diet!
