You'd think that Mike would have got over his crush (if that's what it is) on Bella by her wedding day in BD. Didn't Edward say about him having inappropriate thoughts about a married woman?

Yeah, I don't think he's a bad person. I think he's just so annoying and needs to grow up. Same with Jessica.

I think Jessica was a worse person than Lauren, at least Lauren was outright in her b!tchiness.

Mike, however, was not a user. Just a silly teenage boy. We must remember we are comparing a normal teenager, maybe one who's a little immature to two male leads who are EXTREMELY mature and really spectacular.

Besides Jane, I hate Mike a lot too. Partly because he reminds me of this one boy.... If someone tells you no once for going out, it's a no. You don't have to disrespect that person's boyfriend and stuff or stalk the person and follow that person on their heels in the hallways. >< UGHHH he's so ANNOYING (sorry if people already mentioned stuff like this, I should really start reading the other posts !!!!! )

he was definetly annoying in New Moon! he just kept getting in the way! i'm sure he's cute n stuff, but i never really liked him. and thinking bad stuff at the wedding just makes it worse. although, i do agree. i would be nice to know exactly what he was thinking.

Yeah I think that too. For the most part I really like Mike, I think he was a pretty good friend to Bella, even tho he always managed to mess it up by asking her out! But I don't think he ever meant anything in a bad way. Im sure he was very aware of the differences between himself and Edward (and between himself & Jacob too), and he knew that deep down Bella would never really want him the way she wants Edward. But I guess as a teenage boy is High School, he could always hope!

It annoyed me when he kept asking Bella out in Twilight and New Moon, especially when they were getting along so well. I was cringing when Bella had to say no
