Ok I see hofj and your point, so where do I find these so I can read them and refer to them. Sound reasonable to me.But the extras that HOFJ was referring to, like certain snippets from Jacob's and Rosalie's perspective, or other personal musings that SM posted, are things that SM posted of her own free will. She wanted people to read them, and she wanted people to understand the characters better. So refusing to take those into account is just silly.

Hey Diane, so here are a couple links. The first one is to Stephenie's website and contains the snippet of the phone call with Rosalie from New Moon as well as Being Jacob Black. The second is the Lexicon's personal correspondence with Stephenie in which she talks about the characters and various issues that come up in the series. It's a really interesting read! Enjoy.diane771 wrote: Ok I see hofj and your point, so where do I find these so I can read them and refer to them. Sound reasonable to me.

Actually, the argument I was talking about happens after the car accident, not after Bella figures out the truth. Sorry. . .Ergo the dining room discussion was before he climbed in Bella's window, not after. I had to go back and look at MS for myself. And the broken plasma TV doesn't occur anywhere near this scene - in fact, that is in a whole other book, eclipse. The Dark Knight wrote: I believe the following happened in this order in SM,
The Biology class happened
Edward went to Carliste then to the Denali Clan
Returned home
Climb into Bella's room via window and decided to oil it to stop it squeeking
Had the dining room table discussion
Alice Vision
Rosalie figuring out he loved her
Broken Plasma TV
Edward return to the school...Bella swoons more...

The broken TV is actually at the end of New Moon, after the vote.

Yeah, didn't think that one through. You're right. But the point remains, it didn't occur in Twilight.holdingoutforjacob wrote:The broken TV is actually at the end of New Moon, after the vote.

Again my position on MS solves problems like this one if we stick to the Twilight Saga, the already published books, and why this site is here to start with. But I will sit back and watch to see how many times you will go through this confusion when you are putting MS and that into the discussions and see what becomes of it. I think that its confusing and if you are posting something from that instead of going back and forth identify that it is MS so people who haven't read or people like me will not get caught up into something that isn't Twilight related. MS isn't in the Twilight Saga, and we don't know if it ever will be published, so I stand by what I am doing and that is not includeing it in the discussions for now. I am sorry that you don't see the conflict or the point of not using something like MS and the confusion it would save, but thats up to you and I will sit back and watch.

Wasn't trying to step on your toes opulent, sorry. Of course your point remains, I meant to back it up.
Diane, this has nothing to do with people reading/not reading MS. DK got the order of events wrong - that could have happened while he was reading any of the books. Also, it's been ruled that MS is up for discussion here, so the disparaging remarks about using it can stop. It'll just turn into an argument that can't be won.

Well for one thing I am not arguing hofj, trust me that is not arguing, I said that I would sit out because when people post and they say something and don't say if its Twilight or MS then whats the point of going back and forth to find out what the person is talking about? Its really not that big of deal and I chose not to post like that which is my choice. I am not telling anyone else but I did say my reasons, and I feel I have a good reason for not using MS and so why are you saying I am arguing, If I see something that I can post I will, but I hate to have someone say the argument with the Cullen's before Port Angeles and make me seem like I don't know what I am saying because they were refering to MS and I was refering to Twilight. So that is my position on the subject and its time to move on with or with out my imput.

First, I didn't say you were arguing. I said it would turn into an argument.
