1. Were you surprised by how spiritual Carlisle is?
Not really.. with how long he's been alive and had time to ponder everything.. Plus, out of all of them, he was the one who grew up the most in religion (not that that has anything to do with it.. but im sure it helped influence it more). I see Carlisle as a very wise person.

2. What did you think about the information revealed about Edward's mother?
I'm glad Carlisle shared it with Bella. She sounded like a very wonderful mother.. caring for her son even though she was dying herself.. and green eyes.. *swoon*

3. When the kiss happened, did you have any ideas about what was to come?
I felt a little foreshadowing.. but I never thought he would actually LEAVE her... ahhhh... I mean he always hinted he would stay unless it was unsafe,.. but the incident that happened didn't seem like THAT big of a deal.. ecspecially after what happened with James!

1. Were you surprised by how spiritual Carlisle is?

No, I wasn't surprised. Carlisle was raised in a religious household by his father. Though, Carlisle did pull out the more positive aspects of as opposed to his father.

2. What did you think about the information revealed about Edward's mother?

I was glad it was shared and to find out Edward's eye color. I do wonder though if his mother did in fact know about Carlisle. I imagine on your deathbed you see things more clearly.

3. When the kiss happened, did you have any ideas about what was to come?

I initially thought he might break up with her, but that was a snap thought. He had more of fervor to his kiss like it was described by Bella and he was acting distant. Then I thought he might go away with his family for a while, visit the Denali clan and help Jasper with his thirst for humans. But in the back of my head I thought he might just disappear all together. I knew Edward tends to overreact

No, not really after the first book. I thought his human life would've influenced his vampire life.

2. What did you think about the information revealed about Edward's mother?
It was good to get to know something about Edward's human life. It showed that his mother really loved him.

3. When the kiss happened, did you have any ideas about what was to come?
I knew something was wrong. I thought he was going to leave her.

A bit, actually, especially since his past is so ... tramatic.

It shed some light on his past and that she loved her son.

No idea.

Yes, I was, actually. It's not quite what you'd expect from a vampire.

I thought it was sad, and really interesting too. The thought of Edward with green eyes is really nice.

I already knew...

No, not at all. In the time period where Carlise grew up, that level of spirituality was the norm. Also, Carlisle has had centuries to ponder stuff like the meaning of life.

2. What did you think about the information revealed about Edward's mother?
I wondered how she knew that Carlisle could help her son. Did she have some degree of the ability Edward had? Or was it some kind of mother's intuition?

3. When the kiss happened, did you have any ideas about what was to come?
No, not at all. It never occured to me that Edward could leave.

Yes.

2. What did you think about the information revealed about Edward's mother?
I thought it painted her as a strong woman dedicated to her son.

3. When the kiss happened, did you have any ideas about what was to come?
A break up. I didn't think it would be quite so dramatic, though.

1. Were you surprised by how spiritual Carlisle is?

Yes, even though we knew about his father I wasn't expecting him to get that deep in the conversation with Bella.

2. What did you think about the information revealed about Edward's mother?

Interesting, I believe she knew what Carlisle was.

3. When the kiss happened, did you have any ideas about what was to come?

No. I thought Edwards was just being hard on himself like he always is when it comes to Bella.
