1. Are Charlie's feelings toward Edward justified?

From a Dad's point of view, yes. Charlie got really scared for Bella's sanity when Edward left her, and his worst fear is for it to happen again.

No. My parents are very open minded, thank god.

3. Describe your thoughts about Jacobs's message to Bella.

I felt really bad for Jake. It's clear that he wishes Edward and the rest of the Cullens would just disappear again because he really misses Bella as a friend. It is also clear that he doesn't want to do anything that would make the Cullens leave again because he doesn't want Bella to be hurt like that again.

4. Do you feel Edward was being unreasonable in not wanting Bella to go to La Push?

Yes. She had spent time in La Push before and not gottne hurt, There was no difference between then and now other then him coming back. I think he was being just a tad overprotective, but when isn't he?

I don't think so. He mostly is with friends when he's at the bowling alley so I;m not there to see if they do or not.

-No, I don't think they are. I completely understand why Charlie is mad, but if he has a problem with Edward he should talk to him about it like a man; not make rude comments and such.

-He could've been a little nicer, laid it out more gentley.

-Yes and no. I can see where he's coming from, not wanting Bella to get hurt, but he shouldn't fobid her to go to La Push if that's what she wants to do.

I do understand why he is mad, but he doesn't have to be all that rude to him. It's his daughters boyfriend and she loves him, he should respect that and them..

I found the messeage he wrote kinda annoying, it felt like he was blaming bella because they couldn't see each other and that it was her fault he felt bad..

I can understand where he's coming from. Bella played hot and cold with him in NM, pushing him away when he made a move and then gave him hope when he was avoiding her, but then dumped him when Edward is back. In his place, i would've said the same thing.

I do think he was being a bit overprotective, but not unreasonable since Jacob himself had admitted that he could hurt Bella accidentally when he's angry.

Absolutely. I know my own father would react the same way. Charlie is obviously terrified of his only child being hurt again and loosing her to the "zombie". I would probably react the same way.

No. I've only had one, and we are happily married.

Well, I actually kinda laughed at the way Jacob wrote. It was so HIM. You can definetly read between the lines into how much pain he is in, and also his frustration and anger.

I feel Bella's frustration, but I also feel Edward's desperation. He is terrified of her being hurt, and honestly, I appreciate that.

1. Are Charlie's feelings toward Edward justified? Although we know better, Charlie's view of the situation was that Edward destroyed Bella when he left her. That's all he knows. I completely understand how he would feel that way

It wasn't so much a jealousy issue (although we know that he was) as it was that he knew Jacob was a "new" werewolf, and that he didn't have so much experience in controlling his emotions

They sort of are, yes. He feels like Edward is the reason of everything that happened to Bella.

3.I thought Jacob was being a little childish. He could of seen Bella he was just making a big deal out of it.

4.Yes. He knew Bella was just as safe at La Push as she was at the Cullen's house she did spend all of her time there well he was gone and the worst injuries were those she got on the motorcycle! He could of been a little jealous before he came back to his senses.
