I think it's a pretty familiar thing - the first time you're just so overwhelmed by the experience and the differences and you're trying to take it all in. It's DEFINITELY better the second time.

I agree! Not enough Jasper, and as I recall he wasn't so "scared" looking all the time..... beating a dead horse there I felt.
My only insult would be the running, my 14 year old said OMG how fake! I have to agree.

well.. that's one thing im soo worried about... less jasper..!!!! 
well new moon will come.. we'll have to hope for longer jasper exposure..

I really wish there'd been more Jasper...he was so adorable!
One thing I loved about Jasper...he had HUGE eyes!
Kinda like a Bush Baby, come to think of it.
But I have to agree, the running was so fake.

I didn't like the movie a lot...
Not the first time I saw it....
not the second time..
nor the third...
I just wanted MORE!! It was good but I feel like I missed out on something....

I've read a lot of bad reviews about the Twilight movie... I'm really nervous about seeing it now.. because the books mean a lot to me, and I dont want to ruin them by seeing a bad movie version. I still sort of want to see it though... just to see if it is any good... :-/

I think you should definetly go and see the movie..
What happened to me was that I went thinking the movie was going to be straight from the book..i was completely dissapointed... One thing you MUST understand is that movies usually NEVER live up to the books. So all I can advise is go and see the movie but just mentally prepare yourself..admit that you might not LOVE it! The more times I saw it the more I liked it but at first I think I was in the border of tears...
...I was sooooo upset..But thats just me..you're a different person and you might love it! so go girl!! lol

I went in knowing it would be different from the books, and also having read a series of bad reviews right before hand. Was it a perfect movie? Hardly. Was it as good as the books? Not even close. Did it make a lot of mistakes that I think could have been fixed? Of course.
Was it FUN? Yes. And I've seen it four times now. Will probably go again, as I have two more free passes to a theater near here.
