You just can't end the movie "series" at NM. It's not well fitting. It just wouldn't be right (also) to have an Eclipse, and not have a BD. It wouldn't seem right to end the movies with Bella questioning herself for Jake or Edward. You would HAVE to have a BD also. So I don't think that the series will end with NM, or Eclipse...but as long as SM keeps on writing(fingers crossed), so will Hardwicke(sp?).

I agree - I think that's why there was so much pressure on Twilight to do well - because if it did well, then New Moon was going to be made... and the chances of all four books becoming films is pretty much cemented now, barring anything huge going wrong... YAY MOVIES!
