The Host Library has very good Host fan-fic. Contributing authors and artists must submit their work before being allowed to post their stories much like they do on Ramblings and Thoughts.

Ok, probably NO ONE here will know about the miniscule details I'm getting into, but does anyone know the next submission period for The Host Library?

So I am pretty much an idiot of massive proportions and I don't really get how exactly you submit your stuff to that website. I know you have to submit it and get picked by the admins, but how do you send it? Do you just put it all in .txt file and attach it to an email or send a link where it's all compiled? It's a stupid question, I know, but :\ I don't get it.

And to keep this on topic, I will now shamelessly plug myself. I've written two one-shots for The Host, and I had a little project on certain moments from Ian's POV that went out of hand and kind of turned into the major moments of the books from him. http://gracekwithwings.livejournal.com/tag/the+host There's the link, if anyone's interested in reading.

Here are the addresses for submitting entries to The Host Library. All of the stories currently posted are fine examples of the quality of work The Host Library is about. Be sure to check out the flash-fics (500 words or less) that were based solely on the Prologue and Chapter 4. These were written before The Host was released and are amazingly insightful given the amount of information that was available at the time.

I really hope SM makes a trilogy about The Host. I loved it. She is such a talented writer, I know I'll read anything she publishes
