Ah... the return of the Top Ten! So to celebrate, I'll repost ten of my favorite
How Did You Get Hooked on Twilight Stories.
(usernames are from the pre-hacked Lex)

10.thereason: Well, I read it when I was in 5th grade ... it had just come out and surprisingly, my dad pointed it out to me!

9.mandax29 i got hooked on twilight because i had to get surgery on my knee, and i knew that i would be stuck in bed for a while. so i was in need of some serious reading material, so i scavenged for something good. Twilight caught my eye, and i read it while under the influence of some dangerously heavy narcotics.(vampires + percocet = trippy, trippy dreams)

8.Vecam: My friend who sat next to me started reading it. I recall looking over her shoulder to read along with her. Whenever I finished my work before her, I would ask her if she was going to read.

7.alannamackenzie: With my job, I go into schools and take pictures for the yearbook. I kept seeing copies of Twilight...I even noticed a principal reading it...so I decided I'd look into it.

6.dramaprincess247: This summer I decided read it because I needed to kick my amazon order over 25 dollars to get free shipping.

5.FeyWhyte: I found the book, kicked in the middle of a bookstore aisle when it first came out. I flipped out (I have this OCD thing about books...) and picked it up. I bought it and took it with me, to give it a better home and have been hooked ever since.

4.vampgirl9: I got into Twilight around January when i was getting my braces off my doctor kept on talking about how she couldnt believe that Edward brought bella to prom..i had no idea what they were talking about so i ask them and they tell me and they tell me about the book. The next day i got the book and read it in one day. And thats how i got into the twilight saga.

3.toofargone: I started reading Twilight after being dragged (literally, I was trying to explain that I didn't have enough money to buy a book in Borders anyway while my friend dragged me in) into Borders and thrown on the floor. My friend's dad bought the book for me which was good because I think my friend would have killed me if I hadn't gotten it.

2.desertwillow: I went to the Salt River that's just outside of the city to go tubing down it. I brought two books to read while I was there: Twilight and His Dark Materials. We decided to have a bit of a read out loud. So we spent the next 4 and 1/2 hours floating down the river, reading Twilight out loud. The cool thing was that other people floating down started getting interested and were floating with us so they could hear the story too! So despite the fact that the bottom of my copy of Twilight got wet and is ruined, it is still readable and it was totally worth it. His Dark Materials wasn't so lucky... We got stuck at one point and had to use it as a paddle... It's still wet 3 weeks later.

1.Eternity in Death: Actually, my house was on fire haha. No big deal, not as bad as it sounds, but we were staying at my grandma's house and my friend had just told me I needed to pick up Twilight a few days before. So my dad was going to get us some books (something to do while we waited to get back into the building) and at the last minute I was like "Dad! Can you ask them if they have a book called Twilight?" Oh so naiive... mmha!
