I haven't read Forbidden Games yet, but my local bookstore is selling the bind-up so I am going to get that soon. Just need the money cause I'm also buying another series at the moment too.

I prefer Gabriel from Dark Visions.

And from NW, my fave girls are Mary-Lynette (just cause she likes all the stars) and Jade and Poppy.

I do like Theirry but I still prefer James and always will.

VD books v. TV series... well I've watched an episode and really do not like it, it's just sooo different from the books so how can anyone watch them and like them (sorry if anyone does) but I just don't see it, they are so far from the books I just couldn't be happy watching them, and I love the books too much.

Jay ~ SAME! I absolutely loved alllll of the powers (especially Gabe's!!). It was just a unique idea. Well not so unique, but written uniquely xD Hmm... I'm not sure yet actually... I'll have to read Dark Visions again, it's been too long since I've been immersed in Gabe-ness....

I'm in the same position vampyre_princess.... ((Dang I feel like such a schmuck! I forgot your name again )) I wanna buy Dark Visions and Forbidden Game, but I'm saving to buy another series by the Casts... *sighs* There are just too many good books out there and not enough money in my pocket xD

I LOVE Jade, she's my favorite after Poppy & James. They're my very fave couple. Probably because they were my first intro into the Night World. Though Ash does hold a special place in my heart....

As for VD... I do love the books VERY much, but what I've done is I've sort of disconnected the books and the show in my mind. When I'm watching the show, I don't think of how horribly off track it is, and when I'm reading, I keep the stupid things that the show directors did to my favorite parts. It lets me watch the show happily and still love the books endlessly.

Ugh ugh ugh! I reaaalllyyy need to convince my mom that spending all my money on books isn't bad at all!!!

I'm such a dork Anyone else would spend 60 bucks on something amazingly cool... but whenever I have money, I just think books books books MORE BOOKS!!!

I had to choose between Dark Visions, Burned, Pretties, Starclimber, and Bloodhound today. so hard. but, since I've read Dark Visions and Bloodhound already, and Burned is the same price as Pretties and Starclimber combined, I got both Pretties and Starclimber. Next time I see my friend, I'll bug her about lending me DV and Burned.

I was on vacation, Rawry.

So I started Pretties today, about two... and finished it today, about 10.

Anyway, to make this L. J. Smith related...

still not done book three of Forbidden Game. Not my favourite series by her. more... thriller, horror, type book, that's not typical L. J. Smith.
