ahhh nightworld are out of print
and i cant find any ahhhh

does anyone know where i can get books out of the nightworld series
(that are cheap)

actually you can get the FIrst Night world book i bought it the other week apparently they're being reprinted (i wouldn't really know as i hadn't heard of L.J Smith three weeks ago) i liked the NIght World stories - though they are a bit short for my liking . i want to get the second night world book when the reprint comes out and i now want to find meself those Vampire Diaries books as they sound pretty good. It's Twilight's fault i've suddenly become a bit obsessed with reading anythin with vampires in - it's interesting to compare the differences between each author's vampires and the "rules" if you like for what they do e.g. sparkle , sunburn or whatever

I haven't read vampire diaries but i plan on reading them soon, they look awesome!!

I read the Nightworld series and they are in volumes now (the rereleases). You can get book 1-3 in Volume 1, books 4-6 in Volume 2 and they just released a few months ago Volume 3 which is 7-9. I think only the 10th book is left and it's due out next year?

I liked it, I haven't read the Vampire Diaries yet, how is that?

I've read The Awakening and The Struggle and The Fury and The Dark Reunion. I know there's another book in the series, right? I like the series...I don't know if it's my favorite out of everything I've read but I liked it. I'm not sure about where the story is going to go from here...but I guess I need to just read and see.

I am very surprised how different the TV show is from the books!


I don't know anything about the other books Smith has written. Any opinions?

Ahem, so ch'yea, I've read the Night World series, but not Vampire Diaries. The whole "it got turned into a TV series" thing is a bit of a turn-off for me.

I've read the Vampire Diaries and seen every episode of the TV show. I read the books before watching the show, but the show is better so far, IMO.

The same friend introduced me Twilight, Vampire Diaries and Night World, as well as Dark Visions, another of her books. They are awesome! By now, whenever she recommends a book to me, I read it eagerly.

My favourite book out of the Night World series would be Jez's and Keller's, though I love all the rest. And Poppy's. Mary-Lynette's is ok... I don't like Maggie's (that's her name, right?). I like the witch's, though, Sylvia, I think. She's awesome. And Rashel, she's sooooooo good... I LOVE her. *sigh*
