I so agree with Sylarblue :) Thank you for your post above... it reminded me that I consider some of you my friends and it makes me happy.

I try to say thank you to someone almost everyday. I think that manners & common courtesy towards others is lacking in this society now a days especially with the younger generation.

A couple of days ago, I was exiting the post office & I notice this old lady with her walker trying to make her way to the doors. So I waited for her to get close enough & she asked me what I was waiting for. I told her that I was waiting to hold the door open for her & it looked like she was on the verge of tears. She told me that people usually ignore or pass her by & that it really made her day that someone was taking time to help her out.

Little did she know that it made my day also, that one small act of kindness could mean so much to someone.

So to all my Lex friends, I want to say "thank you". Maybe I don't know you on a first name basis but some of your words and stories, have made some impact on my life whether great or small.

i was brought up to always say please and thank you. it drives some people crazy, but i can't help it. I always thank the bus driver when i get on, i always thank my cab driver, or if someone holds the door for me, or if a telemarketer calls i still thank them.

now that i think about it, i thank strangers more than i thank my friends. hmm...

thanks!

Thank you to the ever wonderful & completely amazing, Elaine .

Thank you for everything.
Everything you've done for me.
You're always there.
Shoulder to cry on.
You're way amazing.

The 21 Questions.
The awkward webcam moments.
The untold stories.
The deep convos.
Thank you for all of it.

You cheered me up.
When I needed it the most.
You never fail to let me know.
That you're always there.

Don't worry.
I will get you something.
For Christmas.
I dont care if you're a country away from me.
I'll do something.

I love you Elaine. Forever & ever, plus eternity. Image Image

Awwwww, thanks Camille.
I would like to thank the lovely and brave Camille.
She's more brave than who she thinks she is.
She's a strong inspiration to many people once you get to know her.

When we talk makes me laugh, smile, squeal, and laugh some more.
Camille is truly a great friend and boxmate. :D
She doesn't take up too much space, but always gives you enough space too.

I'll never forget you, Camille.

I've had to say "thank you" twenty times today, because I keep sneezing and everyone says "bless you", so I have to thank them. I've definitely said "thank you" today. A lot.

Thank You, L, even though you're not even on the Lex.
I want to thank you for being one of my closest friends at the moment.
I feel like I can trust you more than most people around me.
Even though I've only met you last year it seems like we should have been friends wayyy before that.
Thank you for being there for me yesterday.
Technically you weren't there, but you were there on the phone when I was crying.
You were the first person I felt like calling to tell you how much pain I was in yesterday.
I knew you would understand and listen to me and not complain that I was so emotional.
Thank you soooo much. I know I haven't shown or said that enough to you, but I feel that way.
Thank you for being my friend. <3

Thanks, God, for everything!

(Sorry, didn't mean to get all religious. No offense to anyone!)
