That's what people have been talking about! pads should not have ornate prints on them, its just wrong.

That doesn't seem to be hygienic at all.

wow, what an interesting thread!

the only thing that stinks about being female is having to deal w/the monthly friend. I hate it it's just so annoying. couldn't there have been easier way for us to procreate? thankfully I don't really get cramps. but I have to be on the pill to even have a period. I wouldn't worry about it too much except the fact it's not healthy to not have one. and then that also means I don't know if I'll ever be able to have kids when that day comes, so that's kind of sad and stinks. wow that's kind of personal sorry. it's nice to vent though about this icky cycle.

Well, mine have areas that are green, but that's for leak protection. It covers area most likely to get the blood on them. But I've never heard of a pad having patterns on them before.

Well, the covering/wrapping is no biggie. But ON THE PAD? That's ridiculous.

Eh, the whole design thing (wow, I brought that up what, a month ago? And people are still talking about it!) doesn't bother me, I was just wonder why they do it. Sure, it breaks from the monotone "Here a pad, where it," deal but it seems kind of weird. Who is the person who sat at the conference meeting and said, "Hey, I know! Let's make multi-colored, butterfly patterned pads!" You've got to wonder about the person who had the mind to come up with an idea like that.... Color coding is great, but to color a pad just to color it and put butterflies on it even if they have no help in absorption? :?

My period went by somewhat uneventfully. It ended today. As usual, no cramps, but again with the heavy bleeding. You'd think I was losing my life's blood. (Uh, sorry if that was too much detail for anyone.) I still have a squeaky clean no-leak record, though. I think the new pads I got really helped towards that factor.

I just like, ew. I can't handle pads, I used pads like one time, and then I was like, OH NO WAY! It's like wearing a diaper. XD
