*Covers her eyes and sticks her head into the room*

I have read Eragon and Eldest. I bought Brisingr as soon as it came out because I hate leaving a series undone. However, I didn't like Eldest as much as Eragon and so I'm not running to read Brisingr. Would one/some of you who've read it please PM me and let me know if I should move it up my priority list or not? Thanks!!

*sniffs* This thread makes me feel EMO! NO ONES POSTED! IN, FOREVER!!!!
Sheesh. I thought there were more people reading Brisingr than this!

Movie still sucks. My friend played the video game and she said it was pretty epic, with plenty of gore and literally ripping off Urgals heads.

*looks around* Good location for the mafia...? Naw. One of my threads, we stay away...
*goes elsewhere in search of abandoned threads who could profit from entertaining the Mafia*

I haven't read the third book yet. I'll probably check it out from the library if possible.

Oooh! This is a shiny new thread ;). I read those books a long time ago.. I dont even remember how I came across them but I like them. They keep me on my toes! The first was really good and I loved the second. His training was cool to read about.

The movie sucked. I remember seeing it and being like HUH? Lol, it was so off and it even ended differently!

The 3rd was good too. I am so curious as to see what happens!

Yeah, I like these books as well, but they are really slow reads, so I keep having to go back and reread certain parts if I want to actually understand the books at all. I agree that the movie sucked, and it's really too bad because there's no chance they're going to make Eldest into a movie. I am currently reading Eldest for the "second" time after rereading Eragon so I can read Brisingr. Awesome!

WOW!! Over a yr since anyone has posted here! Well I just want to say for the record I am a HUGE fan and sorry for not making myself known on this thread...I just bought and finished reading Brisingr a couple of days ago. Why did I wait for so long if I am a HUGE fan you say....cause I wanted to buy it in paperback......   I am suprised with myself that I could even hold out that long....even though my sis bought the book way back when....and my mom reads the series too. Anyways I know that the internet is no place to wander if I don't want to run into any spoilers on something I have not read yet or watched, so I stayed clear of this thread until I read Brisingr.

So now I love this book too and it took me 2 days to read....I would have finished it sooner only I had to go to work..

-----------------SPOILER ALERT-----------------------SPOILER ALERT-------------------------------

Ok so the Katrina and Roran thing....totally had that one figured out the 1st maybe 2nd time around....well at least that they did it, that she was going to turn up preggers......no idea  . And Brom being Eragons father.....not so much, just that it was weird why he stayed in Carvahall right nearby Eragon....and then Oromis mentioned that he really loved only one woman once, put that together with what we find out and know about his mother and I was going, *hmmm*. I was totally reeling with Oromis and Glaedr going out to fight when we know how disabled they are.....and how impossible them coming out of the war alive was.....I was honestly on the verge of tears and screaming "NOOOOO" in my head the whole time during their fight with Murtagh and Thorn.

Now I am wishing that CP could have at least announced when the book was going to come out since its been almost 2 yrs since Brisingr came out and then maybe I wouldnt have to wait so long between reading it and book 4. O well
