I think I'm weird. I believe very few superstitions.

I love Friday the 13th... it's always a special day to me.
Black cat across my path... bring it on... I'll try and pick it up and pet it.
Umberlla's inside. I think about it when I do it, but I sometimes just have to do it!
Mirrors... I jokingly say oh s*%T... 7 years, and laugh it off...
I could go on... but do you really want me to????

gosh... I've probably existed with bad luck all my life do I just feel normal!!!!

I must confess I'm very superstitious, though I don't mind opening my umbrella inside the house and adore black cats. I was born and raised in a small town in the south of Italy where all the people are like that: we have a lot of legends and very strange superstitions still on.
Concerning Friday 13th, by the way, we don't have this superstition in Italy...we have Fridat 17th, don't ask me why because I have no idea!! But we don't sit at the table if we are 13 we either invite another person to join or we split in two tables...it seems so awkward now that I'm writing it!!
...we are such stuff that dreams are made on...

Well, I sometimes believe in superstitions and there are others that not. It may be weird but sometimes I change the superstition.

Eg. For me seeing a black cat is good luck

Although I must confess that Friday's 13 and Tuesday's 13 are not my best days.

I don't really know if it's a superstition or not but like I always "knock on wood" like if I say "yeah I haven't been sick all year" or something like that, I'll "knock on wood" to assure that I don't get sick from just saying that lol I've always grown up doing that lol

okay, here's how superstitious I am, I love the black cat across the road and cuddle it and everything (but then my cat hates me until I shower and get changed), thirteen is my lucky number, and i have spilt salt on lots of occasions. And sugar. And pepper. etc.

You can sort of see the sense in some superstitions though, I don't walk under a ladder because I think it will fall or i'll nudge it or trip or something. My sister left her shoes on the table once and my mum got her in trouble, she said "this is an eating surface and you put dirty shoes on the table! now I'll have to clean it!" she gets angry with the salt thing for the same reason. And I can never get out the door if i open my umbrella inside - it's really big! and if i do i end up poking someone in the eye.

If they say it's tourist season why can't we shoot them?

I've done lots of things that are considerd superstitious but I've never had bad luck or anything. I even smashed a mirror and my friends are always going on about how lucky I am...I have great luck.
