I just had to google chicken salt. I determined that it is close to what we refer to in the south as soul seasoning, or a less spicy version of Tony Chachere's.

Hihi I'll keep that in mind.....
though I never been in the UK, and a holiday there scares the hell out of me.... I'm afraid I don't want to go back...
But I'm hoping to visit the Glastonburry festival next year...so that will have to do....

I guess it's just vanity....
like we say in holland.. "the grass is always greener at the neighbours.."

I think that's why hypes like Twilight and Harry Potter are so important... all though we are all very different these things remind us that we can also be on the same page...
I think specially with HP for the younger kids, that it brought them together..
for the older twilight crew, it's nice to compare..
I love it that I can learn here how things are done at the other end of the world...
