I was born and raised in the U.S., when I turned 11 my parents moved to Lebanon (their country) and I lived with my mom for 5 years there. I came back in '05 to live with my dad and finish my education and work. I originally speak English and Arabic. I used to know bits of French but now i'm an Eng major so I need to learn languages. I'm also learning some Persian from my work place, and I'm thinking of taking Italian pretty soon. :]

I'm fluent in English and semi-fluent in Japanese, I can also speak a bit of Maori, its the native language of New Zealand....but I'm not sure that many people will actually know what that is like :]

Hallo, ich heiße Vanessa und ich komme aus Deutschland. Ich wohne in der Nähe von Stuttgart. Wo wohnst du?

Well you did okay :] A couple of grammar aand spelling mistakes but you'll get along well. :D
I can correct it for you:

Depuis de trois ans, je peux parler un peu de Francais. Je suis Mexique et Americaine. Je parle aussi Anglais et Espagnol. Je ne peux pas ecrire bien,,,,,.
It would be better if you said Je ne peux pas parler bien...
But i guess most of your stuff is just typos. And I'm not trying to embarrass you or anything so I'm sorry if I offended you in advance  (I'm pretty paranoid about hurting someone's feelings) But hey you helped me practice my French and maybe we can help each other chit chat sometime so feel free to PM me :D
