I lovethe rain. I don't mind going out in the rain and I like being indoors too because I love hearing the sound of it outside, it's very calming I agree. It's never unwlcome to me.
And anyway It's not that much of inconvence. All you have to do is bring a raincoat or an unbrella if you need to get somewhere and don't want to get wet. Not that big of a deal. I would probably be pretty at home in forks lol (except that I hate small towns. no offence)

Rain? Depressing? I think not. I love the rain. Like someone above said, rain is my morphine. I love being inside during the day when it's raining, lights out and quiet, with only the little bit of sun shining in my windows and the sound of the rain hitting my roof. It's awesome. I also love being out in the rain. There was one night this summer my brother was at my apartment with my car, and I was at our parents' house. I needed to get ahold of him but didn't have a vehicle or my cell, so I walked the half mile between places. In the pouring rain. The rain was warm on my skin and in my hair. It was quite liberating.

I want rain!! Everytime we get a 'thunderstorm' (once a summer it feels like) it pours with rain for about 30 seconds then it stops. Then it starts again . . . and stops. Then it drizzles a little bit . . . you hear thunder and see lightning . . . and thats it everyone. But you're afraid to go out without a coat or something in case it starts again.

One time it was absolutely POURING and it started hailing, and all the buses were lined up ready to leave school,m and everyone ran out of the buses and stuck their hand out the windows and we ate the hail. It was on a really hot day too - refreshing . . .

Who here loves the smell after rain? I DO!

I love the rain. It's so soothing & it is basically LIFE to us.
But other than the calming nature of it, I love the green that comes after the rain too :)
I live in country Australia & we depend on the rain. We only have tank water, and it means our horses stay nice & fat!

Nothing better than walking in the rain too. I love it.

Think I should move to Forks...LOL
