And the problem isn't like, the nails coming off for me, it's the whole living with them on, being able to function. There are girls on my team with them but I just can't function with them. I got my nails done once for my sister's wedding and couldn't do anything until I got them off.

You sound like my mom. I did her nails for my wedding, and she was instanly impaired. She was all weird about picking things up and stuff, it was hilarious
After telling her a thousand times over, she could do everything she normally did, she finally acted normal. She even worked in the garden with them a few days after

Try nailhardener, having your own nails long is absolutely different then having fake nails. Just make sure you always have something with you, to make them smooth if you ripped them. (i have no idea whats it called in english, we call it a vijl)

I think they call it a nail file. I never have one of those with me so I have to use my other nails to make the broken one smooth again. Somehow that works too.

My nails arent long becuase I bite them. I always use black nail posh or crimson.

I broke my supre long pinky-nail at gymnastics training the other night.I was like dang it!!!!!I was on bars and it snapped on the uneven bars.......

I went and got my first professional manicure the other day and it was a total waste of time! Everything the girl did, I do at home and I do it better! All she did was file my nails and buff them and then paint them! I guess next time I will have to have them airbrush them or something to make it worth it!

I use to bite my nails but I don't do that anymore...

Now I painted my nails with a really pink nail polish, love that color!
And I use pretty often a very dark blue color too

Only my left hand ever gets nail polish because I do horribly when I try to paint my right.

Pedicures . I get one every month! I love them so much lol. Massaging chairs... Its so relaxing. Then I get to pick a little design to go on my big toe! Its the best

I dont do anything with my finger nails.. sometimes I get bored and paint them.. but not usually.
