Well, last summer, my husband found a black widow outside our front door. Instead of killing her, he decided to put her in the bottle and make me babysit her.
It was the hardest thing to do, but for three days, I dealt with having a black widow in our house. At night, I made it sleep outside because I didn't want it magically unscrewing the lid off and getting in the house. I ended up naming her Charlotte, so she wouldn't seem as scary. But...I'm still afraid of spiders and I'll scream if I see one! (Just ask Ouisa!)

I'm impressed he caught the thing, actually. I don't like spiders, but I wouldn't go as far to say I have a phobia of them - sure I squirm, but I'm... er... okay... I guess.
But even babysitting a black widow would scare the crap out of me. I'm impressed you made it through! You're my hero now. Next time I start having a panic attack around a boy, I'll think "Jenni did it with the spider, I can do it with the boy." (And no, we're not in the gutter. :p)

Arachnophobia - Spiders...really bad! Ew....
Dentophobia - Fear of dentists, but I'm kind of working on that one
And then I'm afraid of pretty much every illness and disease out there - I'm a bit of a hypochondriac, actually

Im only afraid of small spaces. I dont really freakout about anything else.

Arachnophobia-Fear of spiders.
Aviatophobia-Fear of flying.
Carcinophobia-Fear of cancer.
Lilapsophobia-Fear of tornadoes and hurricanes.

OK, I didn't know this was actually a phobia, but, I have:
Selachophobia- Fear of sharks.
It's totally irrational, because when am I going to come into contact with a shark? It's not like I'm going to go swimming wih them. But even when one is shown on TV, I freak. Weird, right?
And hopefully no one has this one, but I find this funny:
Genuphobia- Fear of knees.
