I'm currently writing a book (very early stages) and would like some cool vocabulary. Just post your favorite word(s)!

i love that word^^ i'm writing a book too and i've got a girl who's babbling all the time! hey speeches are always nearly half a page long my main character is hardly ever listening to her and she doesn't regognize that even though she's asking questions ... it's like: hey what are your plans for the weekend? i'm going shopping with the others from the team and perhaps you want to join us? we're going to the big mall. i need a dress for the dance next week. have you already bought a dress? i'm looking for a black one. oh, i look stunning in black....bla, bla, bla...

My favorite word ever is- parabola. I don't even like math, but I just love saying that word. Parabola, parabola, parabola, parabola.
I also really like the words- shrub, quite, and sophisticate.

equivocate
I am a terrible liar, and so when you are a young kid you have to find a way to not get in trouble. I would tell the truth in a way that led one to believe something else. My dad eventually caught on and called me a Master Equivocater, but I love that word. And it is way better than outright lying.

Ha ha! That's my husband's favorite word too! Well, that and sherpa.

My favorite word is actually not a very used word, but it is real. The word is amn't, a contraction between am and not. For example, I amn't afraid of you.

And to think if I ever came across it when grading, I'd assume it was some sort of typo! That's a good one!
