I saw that some people have tortoises - my mother-in-law has 3. 1 is quite old and the other 2 are only a couple of years old and are quite small when next to the older one! The older one runs to you if you sit on the grass within his sight, like a dog haha. He is a very nosey creature!

Had fish in the past and other cats but thats about it. Would like a little dog later on in life but not at the mo as it would be left alone for too long whilst at work.

tortises are funny imo.

I have four doggies;

1. Smokey, a husky.
2. Sasha, a chow.
3. Gizmo, a shih-tzu.
4. Loki, another shih-tzu.

Smokey passed away this year but he's going to always be considered my puppy dog.

Emily, whats a Sheltie? And do your cats leave the guinea pigs alone?

Vamp, sorry to hear about Smokey. Huskys are such lovely dogs. Alot bigger than Chows and Shih-Tzus mind you!!

^^ Thanks a lot funkidiva. It was a major loss losing him, but since he was blind, he's in a better place now.

Oh yes. He was way bigger, but my little shih-tzus didn't mind taking swipes at him. Haha.

Smokey was blind - must have made things difficult for everyone, but definately worth it at the same time. I like how the Shih-Tzus still swiped at him despite the size difference haha. Small dogs that are brave and dont care about size make me laugh when you seem them pounce and play fight with bigger dogs.

i have the cutest little bichon on earth! shes the runt of the litter so shes half the size of our old bichon, she just turned 4 a few weeks ago and her name is sweet like honey! i named her! but we just call her honey cuz her full names too long and we make up random nicknames every day for her
