^^Yes, I'm not the only one who does that!!!
I practically lived in my fictional worlds till I went to middle school, when they got supressed under stupid teenage sociallity needs. I miss them. Remember how little kids can talk to their imaginary friends out loud, and no one thinks they're weird? That was fun.
And I totally miss romping around in an orchard pretending it was Middle Earth and kicking serious Orc backside.

Yep, my brother and I killed a couple of palm trees making Lothlorien. My dad nearly killed us in return. We also had my mother steaming when we dug a hobbit hole in the garden. Good luck with the driving! My daughter just got her license last week and no one here is dead... yet. :)

By the way, I still play in my little worlds in my little mind, and I have my master's degree and teach! Enjoy the make believe and never let it go.

Oh no, my little worlds are still there. They've grown a lot over the years, although with Twilight most of them got kinda smooshed under the vampire regieme... Twilight was just so dang mind bottling, I couldn't concentrate on anything else for months. My old imaginary worlds are coming back now though, so its okay.
*shoves Edward out of the way to make room for Aragorn on the action-figure shelf in my head*
I need an actual action figure shelf. That would be cool.

Hehe, I kinda know how your daughter feels. As of yet, no one's died, but I think that's because I refuse to go over 40mph.

My real world isn't nearly as fun as all of the others. Going from one fictional world to another while I do the mundane things of this planet keeps me sane (or at least that is what I keep telling myself). :ugeek:
are you sure its you who's telling yourself that, or is it the voices? :P :D

I have a split personality - one called Legols and One Gimli, with which I
- talk
- then argue
- then loose the arguement
- and then don't talk to the other one because i'm pissed off at them.

wooooopp, I just know this is Emmett's doing. Stupid bear man. 8-)

Yeah, between Frodo, Spock, Esme, and Dr. Who, I never know who is saying what in my brain! I get it legal, though, my dad is just as bad if not worse than me!

Don't knock the voices, they give me some really great ideas.

yeah, you should see my de ja vu. Ooft, I could write paragraphs.
Basically, I get like 3 or more de ja vus in a day plus premonitions and all kind of stuff which is alright except it gives you a b.itch of a headache "/

anywho, Spock I get - frodo and Esme also but I have to correct you on something before I explode.

HE IS NOT CALLED DOCTOR WHO!!!!!!!
sorry, I get really obsessively angry and possesive over father dearest - he is called the doctor. or theta / thete depending on whether you went to school with him. *shrugs* anywho, DR. Who is just the name of the show.

Yes, he is the Doctor or Theta, but most Americans only know him as Dr. Who. Normally, if I say "the doctor" people look at me funny and ask which one. This can lead to some very fun conversations if I throw in "my gynecologist" or "the one at the asylum," but normally when I talk about the good doctor, I have to call him Dr. Who.

ok, you are officially my favourite person on lex!

So, which Dr Who series have you seen? Who's your favourite doctor? what do you think about the up and coming doctor (i.e. number 11)? who's your favourite companion? did you cry at doomsday? what do you think of the master?

oh and the good doctor could apply to both Theta and Carlisle could it not? xD

well, I am the doctor who fanatic *shrugs*
its my thing
ah, hell - Is there any Dr Who threads on Lex?

Tom Baker (of course, he was my very first doctor) and Peter Davison comes in a good second, though I kept expecting a sheep or something to show up on set for Tristan the vet to treat. Of the new doctors, I liked the last one because he could do such wonderful things with his face. I wondered how on earth they were going to revive him since he was number 10 and supposedly the last life of Theta.

I cry at everything, so Doomsday was a total waterworks. It will be interesting to see #11, but we won't get it here for a little while. :x

The Master wasn't what I expected, but it was better than it could have been (cheesy special effects and really bad make up were the wonderful hallmarks of the classic series).

No Dr. Who threads, but this one works. Almost everyone that is into Sci Fi and Fantasy loved LOTR first.

Glad to know I am not alone! :)

You so are not alone my friend.
*slight glimmer of pride at our little group..... of two*
I think my favourite Doctors would be Tom Baker and Christopher Eccleston.
 Oh dear Carlisle I just realised that's what you said.
... minus the Peter D. Ah well...
And Yeah, whilst everyone cries at Titanic, I cry at
- Doomsday
- The Master's death (in series 3)
- Maid Marian's death (in Robin Hood)
- Guy of GIsbourne's death
- Robin Hood's death
- the reality bomb
- River Song's death
- Some other ones which I can't think of right now.
... but I will. later. mwa ha ha.

Oh and I found a thread. you just have to look under tv shows and such. it is there my friend. it is there.....
