And on Legolas, I agree with dimber. Legolas is mainly in there to look hot. Which is nice, I appreciate eye candy, but they had to add in parts for him in the movie. He's hardly in the book at all, but when he is in htere, he's a powerful prescence. Unlike his little boyish excitable "I'm so cool I will kill you with my sexiness!" attitude in the movie.
Oh, and you're not the only Legolas stalker. I've had dibs on him since I was ten.
And I like
The Children of Hurin best, but mostly because everyone DIES. I have a very weid thing for depressing stories, but its an amazing book.
yes well as i said, i haven't read the books, so i wouldn't know.
and yes you might have dibs on him but i'm his one and only official
stalker. as lilith lovegood is Jasper Hale's only stalker. it's the same basic principle. and don't even try to disagree with lil's system, she'll rip your throat out. no seriously.

Well, you can have fun stalking him, but remember, there is an entire geekdom you have to share him with. I mean, look at all those people playing LOTRO! They all want him too. So beware...
They're Taking The Hobbits to Isengard is pure epicness. My friend and I can sing along to the entire thing. Not that that's very hard....

i'm putting lotr into my textiles project at school!, allong with twilight, house of night and noughts and crosses
so this thread is really quite atm...

Tales of the Perilous Realm, also by Tolkien. Its just some semi-short stories, like the Tale of Tom Bombadil. I don't like it as much as some of the others....
