My first choice would have been Esme IF she had... a better record... :/ I would fear that she may «fell of the wagon»... So I would chose Carlisle.

Esme. I think she would be fine as she has a great maternal nature and she's not a newborn so she can control her thirst. But Carlisle could supervise, just in case...
