But its way too expensive for a book. Almost 20 dollars.

Just wanted to know how much did you guys pay for yours.

So confused right now. To buy or not to buy? :?

DudeRocksTheTwilight wrote: Does Katniss just love the boy she's with the moment she's with him? or is this a classic case of Gale was the past before the Hunger Games and Peeta is the past after the Hunger Games and it's a no win situation? I'm feeling for Galniss. I'm hoping Peeta and Madge end up together and creatre Peedge.
YESSS!!!
Another Galeniss supporter.
*sigh*
It seems everyone's a Peeta fan nowadays...
Not that I don't like Peeta or anything, it just that he's too...cliche. You know? Good looking blond jock? Plus he's kinda boring. Sweet, but boring.

Kind of off topic, but I just thought of the aweomest non-canon pairing: Galenikk! Finnick and Gale. I dunno why, but that excites me.  :?

Anyways, Hunger Games is being made into a movie! It's only in the early stages, no cast as of yet. But - don't you think Katy Perry would make an awesome Effie Trinket? If she could act? Seriously, the crazy hair, liptick...

Go Galeniss!
Personally, I'm hoping Amy Poehler is cast as Effie.
I just imagine her as the part.

I got mine for... $14 at Borders. Thank neptune for 20% off coupons.

Actually, I thought of a pairing with Finnick, but I was going Peetnick. Those two spent a lot mroe time together than Gale and Finnick. Wasn't he carrying Peeta around over his shoulder? Who knows what could have transpired?

If Cinnia's dead I will CRY! Thats... Worse than Dumbledore! At least he was old, Cinnia's too young to die!

Wow posting here is like walking through a mine field. :?
I better stay clear from this thread till I get a copy.

Thanks Jenni, Sami, Viola and you other guys for sharing the info.
I guess the price range isn't that far-fetched after all, ours is like
799.00Php which is like equal to 17 dollars.

So I'm on reread number three and there is a surprising amount of foreshadowing in this novel. Seriously, everyone should reread, knowing what happens and how it ends it will be easier to find clues as to how it ends and what leads us there. For once I'm actually glad for my AP English training.

^^I started to reread it and then my dad got mad at me for reading it again so soon after I read it the first time. :( But I have lots of books to read and school so I guess I can let it cool for a month or two. My dad should forget by then.
