Thanks to Spookybell I have read both books :). They trapped me in their world. I can't wait to find out more. Una, I think you shared many of the thoughts that I have been having as well. For me, Gale is like a brother to Katniss. I think she worries about hurting him by not returning the romantic love so convinces herself that maybe she does have the romantic love. However, with Peeta I feel that Katniss is discovering all sorts of new feelings and what romantic love is. I don't think she is wishy washy. I think she truly doesn't know what her feelings mean or how to process them.

I was totally taken by surprise by the Quarter Quell. I didn't see that coming. The action combined with the emotion of these books keeps me riveted.

Really? Cool!

Lol... I have just realized how addicted I am to the HG. I was just eating a turkey leg, that was a bit over cooked, with my hands. It's grease was all over, and all I could think about was, 'I feel like Katniss when she's eating groosling..." :D

Yep, Sethismine, I'd say you are clearly obsessed. I love the term groosling because it isn't a real thing, but it is close enough to the words that we use to give us a mental image of what it would be. The author did a good job of making up words in "her world" that we could still understand.

There is mention of a hole in HG!!!
Okay, it's not CF, but still pretty dang exciting to me.
If there is a hole in the next book I will be absolutely thrilled.

Okay so I really need to reread these books. I've only read HG & CF once each. I've been trying to read some other books that are on a list that I have. So maybe when I'm done reading what I'm reading right now, The Princess Bride. I've never read it before & I'm liking it. And then I kind of wanted to read Eclipse again. And then I'm getting The Counte of Monte Christo for Christmas and I was going to read that next. Geez, there are too many good books out there. But sometime soon I will reread these books!
That seems too far away. That's what I hate about reading a series in the middle when all of them aren't out yet. At least I'll have something to look forward to.
