Granted, but the room will be destroyed in a natural disaster (hurricane, tornado, flood etc. depending on your area) one week after you've finished it.
I wish I could ace tests without having to study for them!

Granted, but rather then a pay raise, you get raised into the air, for quite sometime. Until you get into space, then die from a lack of oxygen.
I wish for a new wardrobe.
