I hink I read a book called Need once... Is this about the butterfly/moth people opr whatever and the transformation ceremonies at the Shanghai tunnels?

Ok, that's not the book I was thinking of, although the one mentioned about the "moth people" are changeling faerie who get the call to the transformation ceremony, I wish I could remember what it was called. But there's Morgan (reincarnated Morganna le fey) in it and like this drug dealer guy and there's this guy assigned to watch the youngest/most newly transformed fey in every town and stuff. But I guess it's a different book with the same title

Well these book are AMAZING.... pixie's were's and halflings.... all in a town in Maine
