I was having trouble deciding on what mirror to post. I was thinking this mirror or this mirror. But I decided on both.

Hello my lovely siblings! Loving the shiny new thread. Thanks, Kayla!

Tracy - You & Marielle did a good job keeping on top of moving the lists here. Thanks! :D And oh my Gods those pictures! Whew. *fans self*

Susie - Hello! Thanks for moving over the birthday list! I'm not sure if it was a typo or something, but my birthday is the 19th of May. Just letting ya know. ;) Also, I'm so happy your surgery went well. That's great! I bet you'll feel better when you can take a shower again. Hehe.

Marielle - Dreams are very weird sometimes! You're not alone. I had a dream last week that I needed help with something, and of all the people in the room with me, I chose to ask Rupert Grint to help me out. We had a chat about how he couldn't believe I had asked him for help. He was feeling left behind & forgotten...as if nobody knew who he was. SO WEIRD!

Sean - I'm glad to hear that you're doing at least somewhat better than you were. Last year, my depression got so bad I ended up on medication. I really hope you don't have to go that route. Keeping my fingers crossed that your mom's job is saved. That Audi commerial is hilarious! I love it! Thanks for sharing.

Caryn - Liked that lil gif, eh? There's more where that came from. LOL. You posted some pretty sweet goodies yourself!

This could be a guest bed if we ever have any
I guess it's ok if he smokes in the house
Just because I can
Aww how sweet
Time for dinner!
This is just hilarious. It needed to be added.

Happy Friday, Everyone!

I just love all of the decorations that are being put up!! I can't even hope to compete, so I'll just appreciate what has been already posted. It actually is a bit overwhelming. I mean, a girl can only drool so much!

Recovery Update - I got to take off my ace bandage and bandage today!! It feels so good! I even did my knee exercises. Today has been a very sleepy day, though. I have been sleeping most of the day! It's so weird because I didn't even take a nap yesterday or the day before. Today I woke up at 9am, had breakfast so I could take my Advil, and went back to bed until 3pm!! I must really need the rest.

Sonny Boy is home for his interim break until Tuesday night. So there's a bit of entertainment. Daughter Dear comes home tomorrow for her week-long interim break, but she's headed to Mexico City on Sunday morning to visit the friends she made last spring semester when she studied there. I'll hardly see her.

Kristner
- Good catch! That was a typo - you can even see that I had the chronological order right for 19. I fixed it already. Thanks for letting me know.

Bye for Now - Time for another nap!

Hi Everyone!

Looks like I got caught up just in time to join the Christening. I wish I could contribute to the festivities, but alas, I'm stuck on the mobile tonight, so no links for me. To be honest though, I'm not sure what else I could possibly contribute! You ladies (& gent) really went all out. :D

On another note, the new thread and all the lovely images come at a very good time for me. I needed something to make me smile as I'm not having such a wonderful go of things this week. In fact, if I could ask those of you who pray to maybe think of me when you do... it would mean a lot. There are some fairly serious issues that have popped up between my husband and I in the last couple days that cannot be ignored and will undoubtedly be unpleasant to deal with. :(

On the upside though, I had a surprise encounter with our Edward today while shopping at Target. For a moment I thought I was hallucinating, but it turns out Rob's face really was staring back at me from the Junior's section. http://www.target.com/p/License-Juniors ... A-13970790

I sent a pic to a couple of the girls and we all thought these would make fun tshirts for HHCon. However, we sort of doubted that everyone would be able to fit into "Junior" sizes. Not to mention that there was, sadly, no coordinating Kristen shirt available for Sean. ;) Oh well, c'est la vie. I still like the shirt.

So that's about it for now. I'm glad I decided to pop on tonight! And even more glad that I have this little piece of the internet to retreat to when I need a smile.

Love you guys!! Ginnie

I've just got back from taking Little Man to a birthday party. It was fairly noisy there, but I still managed to have some good conversation with some other parents. And Little Man was happy to go off with the kids and have fun! It was good to see.

Amy - you're right. We definitely need BOTH mirrors!

Kristina - thanks for those contributions!

Susie - I'm glad to hear that your knee is feeling a bit better. Be a good girl and have all the sleep you want. I think you probably need it.

Ginnie - sorry to hear about problems between you and your husband. I will be praying for you.

Yay, new thread, and a good excuse for decorating! As resident chef I will do the kitchen a bit ...

here is a table laid out for all of us to sit down at ...

and here are our gracious host and hostess.

I had a Twidream last night - I think. I was falling asleep in front of the TV and dreamed a silly sitcom storyline involving a stage sound check before a concert, and somehow Rob and Kris were there backstage, and there was an adorable little actor playing their son - thick straight bronze hair (huh) and a light tan, couldn't see his eyes. I haven't remembered a dream in several years, so remembering a Twidream ... huge for me.

Amy - I couldn't have chosen between those mirrors either. Thanks for both!

Caryn - That's a great pic of you all in FL, I can identify everyone and TooJay's in the background too! The decorating pics are pretty awesome too. :D Glad Cosmopolis won the Brawl. I've got to add that to my reading list before it comes out!

Desiree - HAPPY EARLY BIRTHDAY! cuz I know I won't be posting tomorrow.

Ginnie - So sorry for your computer trouble, I know I would be crippled without mine. We are doing taxes early in hopes of getting a rebate too, to help with, oh, the mortgage, etc. Definitely praying for you and hubs, and hoping that everything works out for the best.

Jaclyn - Thank you so much for the HoodPorn on page 1, now I can constantly reference what may be my absolute favorite RobCrack whenever no one is looking. Those kaleidoscope eyes look sea glass green in that pic ... *thud* The word fayre looks beautifully medieval to American eyes, but I'm sorry the fayre itself wasn't so helpful. My wedding accent color was dark blue, too! It is hard to do coordinating flowers. Maybe you can find something interesting on your shopping. TY for setting me up on HH FB, and TY for asking about work. It's good, I'm just juggling stuff.

Kristener - Does the guest bed come as advertised, with Rob in it? I would never judge you for NSYNC fanfic! I never got into HP fanfic, too stuck on canon, but I adore Twilight fanfic. I hope you find work where you are, but if not, you might in Florida, and it has charms too!

lulu - Montana in August sounds beautiful, much better than Phoenix! I hope it works out for you!

Lynne - I'm so glad your son is enjoying school, that's the best predictor that he'll be happy there! And I'm glad he (and you) weathered his first party so well. I wonder if a slice is a bit more like a bar cookie than a brownie. Bar cookies are when you spread the batter/dough in a layer in a pan, bake, and then cut to serve.

marielle - I love IKEA (except how impossible it is to leave)! What did you get? Or just browsing?

Songbird - I'm glad you got so well on natural remedies! It's a common phenomena that young bilingual children have a more limited vocabulary in one language because, as you say, they actually know more words when you add the two languages together. But research indicates that by adulthood they have a much larger vocabulary, often in each language, and that bilinguality is generally mind-expanding. Had I the choice, I'd have raised mine bilingually - sadly I am not bilingual really.

Susie - TY for posting birthdays! I gotta check those more! You sound like you are in great spirits. I'm glad the surgery went so well, and I agree about the importance of the first post-surgery shower! Sleep lots, your body needs it! Get well, honey!

Suzan - That was a great day-after-Hump-Day pic, really LOL!

Tonise - I'm still hoping I will get to Chicago somehow, even if I have to sleep on the floor. My son is not built like Taylor, obviously, but he did have the little girls in front of us at Eclipse giggling and looking.

Tracy - TY for posting the names! Not to mention the pics :swoon:

Hi everyone :)

I didn't forget to post, but I was sort of out of it most of last night and I didn't have a lot to post.

At least this morning there's some new Kristen SWATH photoshoot photos at Robstenation.

I have a few things to finish up before I gotta go to bed--hopefully this will sort out some of my sleeping issues. And no, I don't know anymore about my mom's job situation.

Also, I've seen a photo of Audi testing the R18 hybrid at Yas Marina in Abu Dhabi--ask Marielle about that next time you see her. This is likely in preparation for a scheduled race in Bahrain later this year, which may be canceled because of civil unrest there if the F1 race gets canceled.

I'll be back later :)

*Walks into the brand new house and takes a huge whiff of fresh paint and that wonderful new carpet smell!*

Hi, HH Family!! Happy Saturday!! :D

Thanks KAYLA for our AWESOME new house! The setting is absolutely perfect for a cozy winter get-a-way!

Thanks for bringing our members list over TRACY! The something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue were absolutely perfect considering we’ve celebrated one wedding (Edward and Bella’s) and are going to celebrate another one (Jaclyn’s) in the next couple of months!

Thanks for the b’day list SUSIE!! I’m going to start a new tradition in House #10 now that we have a list up and ready! *WINK!* Hope you’re taking it easy this weekend and enjoying the kids’ visits!

LYNNE, thanks for the couch and all the other great decs! Glad to hear the birthday party was enjoyable for Little Man and even Mama!

Christening indeed, MARIELLE!! Thanks for remembering our perv chair and rug! Enjoy the visit with your parents this weekend!

SEAN~~ Thanks for that pic of KSTEW in SWATH! She has the most gorgeous green eyes! That AUDI commercial is just hilarious!

Thanks for the RobPorn and RobSten love, JACLYN! My plans for the weekend are to get this house ready for my Life Group to start on Tuesday night. I have 15 people signed up to attend. Be sure and post us some pics of the hair styles you’re considering. Have fun shopping this weekend!

As always, CARYN you added the perfect touches to our little HH! GAH is soooo right! :swoon: I know you’re busy being SUPERMOM this weekend! Have fun!

Both mirrors are perfect, AMY!! Something old and something new!

KRISTINA~~Thanks for the playfulness you added to our house!! Love that pic of Rob with the bow and arrow!

GINNIE~~ I’m thinking about you right now and praying for the situation with your husband. Yep… the t-shirt from Target is nice, but I’m not sure Junior sizes would work. I have a hard time wearing those form fitting t-shirts that are made for the teenage body types. I still like the bigger size t-shirts. We might could go to HotTopic.com and find some great ones, too. Love you! (((HUGS!)))

Thanks for our dining table, BRENDA! Girl, just get to Chicago! We’ll find you a place to bunk! PROMISE!

NOW… LET ME SEE WHAT I NEED TO GIFT OUR LITTLE HOME WITH…
TWILIGHT ROBWARD FOR THOSE COLD NIGHTS IN FRONT OF THE FIRE!
NEW MOON EDWARD FOR NIGHTS WHEN WE NEED A LITTLE EXTRA COMFORT!
BECAUSE THIS WOULD GIVE US SWEET...MAYBE NOT SO SWEET...DREAMS!
SPEAKING OF SWEET DREAMS...UMMM... YEAH!

AND… FOR THE NEW TRADITION I’M STARTING FOR OUR BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DESIREE!! HERE'S YOU A JANUARY SPECIAL!

Y'all have a great day! I need to force myself to be somewhat productive, but I'm not sure I'll accomplish that task today!
