It was a really good show I thought...even though I agree...some people did need some serious singing lessons.
But I think that in musicals turned movies you have to expect what you expect. Like Hairspray...

Haha i saw this movie with my sister,
she loved it so much she went to see it again,
but I made her take her friend.
I honestly thought it was cheesy and that when they started randomly singing, people just popped out of no-where and started being cheesy.

I saw the movie last night: amazing!!! I love musicals and I love Abba's songs...my boyfriend, who wasn't very happy to see it, absolutely adored it.
I loved Colin Firth in particular...he's such a class-act actor, especially in comedies

I've seen the play twice and I love the music. The movie was fun and good, but Mr. Pierce Brosnan really can not sing. The characters ages seemed off and I missed a few on my favorite parts from the film. I'd only pay to see it once in the theater - good enough. Sophie was Adorable!!!

Mama Mia was so great!! Only I didn't like it that Sophie didn't get married. Just because you're married doesn't mean you can't travel the world with him, sheesh! They still loved one another, so I don't see why they couldn't just get married. I really liked Meryl Streep in it, and the Sophie they picked (I can't remember her name) is also really amazing! But did you know that the shorter of Donna's friends also plays Mrs. Weasley? I laughed when I finally recognized her.

LOL when I watched it, I went through half of the movie not recognizing her,
and this is coming from a real Harry Potter fan.
I laughed when I realised because she looks so different!

wouldn't you mean...made you want to cut your ears off?
but yea i agree with the whole Brosnan's bad singing but overall i actually enjoyed it. I saw it twice, one with my boyfriend's mom and his sister and the second time (the sing along version) with my mom and my brother. Had a fun time at the theater...both times!! :]
