OMG! I am so excited!
Cam (aka James) is going to be in the upcoming horror movie The Unborn. I looked at the actors names on a poster while I was at the movies earlier today and his was there. Now I am definitely seeing it!

John Carpenter's Halloween (aka the original) only because you don't know why Michael Myers is so crazy and you never see a lot of gore which I think makes it effective
Saw 1 I think it had original thought and then it spawned way too many sequels which are very predictable now (but don't all horror flicks)
The Sixth Sense I dunno something about that movie still creeps me out
The Others (with Nicole Kidman) is a very interesting twist on a horror film
Nightmare on Elm Street for the strict reason of the rhyme and I love to call people around Halloween and freak them out with it
The Ring the little girl scares the crap out of me...
Amityville Horror both the old and the remake are good
I love horror films and I could go on all day and all night about them but those are the basics

Misery was really scary
I personally think scary films with tension and suspense are more scary than cutting people up with chainsaws
anyone seen misery?

Michael Meyers is my fave scary guy! Halloween is just awesome. Most of the time I think scary movies are dumb and just try and freak you out with lots of blood and gore. I guess I like the psychological thrillers and things that deal with ghosts. I will say that I enjoyed The Amityville Horror (new one) for so many reasons but especially because of Ryan Reynolds chopping that wood! DANG!!!! That's some good stuff!

I am not horror, scary movie fan at all! I just can't enjoy watching them. The only one I've seen that I actually kind of liked was What Lies Beneath w/Harrison Ford and Michelle Pfieffer. I dont' really remember why I liked it but I know I did. It's been a long time since I've watched it.
