A thread for music that relates to vampires.

No lyrics posts please, no one reads them and they take up a lot of space. Try linking to the song on youtube or the lyrics on another site instead. Actually discuss the songs, why do they make you think of vampires, what about them draws you in...ect...

I would like to share a link to my original song "Love Vampire" on YouTube. This is the first Twilight inspired song I wrote after reading the books about 6 weeks ago. My all time best, most favorite, can't get any better than that comment on this song is "it's like reading the book in music form"!!!!! Hope you enjoy it!

^I really like that song! You're quite amazing! (:

Hmmm, there's a song called "How To Rape A Country" by A Change Of Pace,
and it really reminds me of Jasper; just the way they sing it and especially the words.
It's basically about war, and they're saying that they thirst for blood, and they show no mercy, so automatically, my mind flew to Jazz. Haha.

Thank you, emilycullenx! I am glad you liked "Love Vampire" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dIssngmNMZw)! I posted a new one on YouTube this morning called "Thirsty". I had it going through my head after reading about Victoria and Riley in Eclipse, but the video is just random pics that sort of go with the lyrics since there isn't much out there for Eclipse yet. I like Vampire Heart by H.I.M. and Oh Oh Oh Sexy Vampire by Fright Ranger. Both are on my ipod and listened to frequently :D The first is just...good, I don't know, I just like it. And the second has a really good beat, and well, vampires are sexy!

I'm just going to go with a band. I think of the Cure as a good example of vampire music. One of my favorite songs from The Cure is "Love Song." I think it just describes this enduring and everlasting love. It reminds me of Edward. Overall, the whole 'emo' tortured soul, deep thinking vibe is perfect for Edward's story.
