I enjoy this show. Its quite interesting to see how some of these people live and the big differences between the two households.

there's this book that has a quote about wife-swap that i love . . .
It was like Wife Swap. In theory the ones who swap places have their horizons broadened and learn about different philosophies of life, but usually at the end the wife runs back to her own family blubbing, I never knew how much I loved you! That other family were FREAKS!

I've only seen the show a couple times, and its quite amusing. But its a tad repetative, so a couple times is all I really need to see it.

I'm very into this show.
But I just have to LOL sometimes because they KNOW what they're getting into...
yet they still complain and say, "I'M NOT DOING WHAT SHE SAYS. SHE CAN FORGET IT. FORGET HER. MAN, WHATEVER. THIS IS SO STUPID."
....then again, it really must be quite frustrating. I'd be frustrated.

Well think of it this way...
most people are the center of their little universe...children especially...When change comes that radical and that short why would they listen...they see the light at the end of the tunnel...
Many of the house hold just are to set in their way to even consider taking anything to heart...sad, maybe if they listen they could learn something...

Yeah.
I agree.
I think the people say, "You know, I'm going to change them into what I want. It'll be easy." But when both sides say that, that's what makes reality TV.
Neither of them are willing to budge. The kids love the changes, but the parent's can't stand it.
