I couldn't believe they were making a third. I didn't like the second one at all, especially after my brother ran the VHS to the ground. Unless my friends want to see, I won't be making any effort to go myself.
I love Pixar. In my opinion, I think that's the only good thing Disney has left. But, oh well, to each their own. Up was great, but terribly sad. It had my brother and I in tears. Still a good movie though!

Yeah, I'm much more of the princess, 2-D animation sort of movies. And I liked the old cartoons with Mickey and Goofy and them.

Now that you mentioned, whatever happened to Mickey? I mean outside of baby shows and Kingdom Hearts. They never do anything about Mickey anymore and he was the whole foundation of the company! Personally, I wasn't entirely impressed with Kingdom Hearts. I never even got to see Mickey because I didn't have time to go far enough in the games. They should try to make a serious Mickey movie with Goofy and Donald and all the rest of the Mickey crew.

I love disney films. Favourite has to be The Little Mermaid with Aladin closely behind. Only one I didnt like it Fantasia which bored me. I dont mind Pixar films and have Finding Nemo on DVD - I do like that film.

Disney films remind me of being a kid and watching them as a family (happy memories) and if and when I ever have children I will be buying and showing them the good old classics from Disney

The only Pixar I can stand to watch is Finding Nemo, which is my favorite movie.
And yeah, I was babysitting my neighbors the other day, and they were watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
And it's like Dora. Mickey was like, "Pluto's stuck in a tree. Do I want a flamethrower, a Slinky, or a ladder to rescue him?" Of course, it didn't actually say that stuff, but you get the point.
And he has this stupid new catchphrase, it's like, "Misca, Moosca, Mickey Mouse!"
What's wrong with the world?

But I have yet to see UP.
And I only really watch Finding Nemo, and the old Cartoon Disney movies. (Oliver and Company, the Aristocats..etc,). I can't STAND the movies they show on Disney Channel, like High School Musical and that. In fact, the only Disney I watch is Phineas and Ferb.

Aw well. I ♥ Pixar. X3
I couldn't stand watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. I thought maybe it wouldn't be so bad just for a few minutes, I didn't plan on keeping the TV on long, but I couldn't take it. They made everyone on the show completely stupid. Mickey was never stupid before that show. There are a ton of people who grew up with Mickey and now he's simply being defaced. But then again, a lot of Disney is being defaced anymore. Hannah Montana, anyone? -_-'

I don't own very many of the animated movies. I watched a lot of the movies at my uncle and aunt's house (my aunt was a Disney enthusiast) but I was never given very many of them. Some of the ones I really love I don't even own. I wish there was some way I could find a copy of them. Disney's very peculiar in how they sell their movies, though.
Finding Nemo was a good movie and all, but honestly, I've seen it so many times I could gag. I've got two copies of the thing, it's on TV regularly, I've just had enough of it. Good movie, overplayed.

omg, I'm so excited there's a thread for this, I don't feel like such a total loser anymore now that I know there are other adults that love disney... :) I totaly love the old disney princess films...well, most of them...for some reason i hated Cinderella as a child...I adore Sleeping Beauty, and the lion king brought me and my dad closer together....who else thinks Enchanted was so sweet?? My husband and I went to Disney World in April for our honey moon, he's so sweet he scheduled a Disney Princess dinner on our first night there, so I got to meet all the princesses, and for the first time ever, Sleeping Beauty!! :) I know I'm gushing and I sound like teenage girl, but I'm so excited I'm not the only disney freak anymore!

Ive never been to Disney World or Disneyland Paris but I would like to go. How sweet of your husband to arrange a Disney Princess dinner - lovely gesture of him :)

I liked Lion King and saw that at the cinema all those years ago...

I always feel guilty though when anyone speaks about Bambi, as I found it boring and feel terrible for it as the film is so sad at times.

Oh, Disney World! I can't tell how many people I know who were lucky enough to go there! I've never been to Disney World or Land! I always wanted to go to Disney World when I was younger....

I think I saw the Lion King in theaters but I was so young I can barely remember it. I only remember watching the VHS and having a little collection of Lion King merchandise.

I never liked Bambi, even when I was younger. Somehow I have a VHS of it that I can't explain where it came from. No one remembers anyone buying it for me but I have it in my video cabinet. :|
