hmm classical music is a bit of a touchy topic for me. my dads a pianist and doesnt let me/want me to listen to anything other than classical stuff. so yeah, for a while i just hated everything classical.

im a big fan of Chopin, i like playin his stuff too, though its hard sometimes, Debussy, Schumann (Clara&Robert), mostly stuff from the end of the 19th/beginning of the 20th century.

oh and film soundtracks of course.

I go to the Symphony a lot, and my favorite has always been Bach.

I even did a little feature of it when I had to write a paper on Musicology.

I once found this AMAZING CD for like 2 dollars of classical music....one of the best buys of my life.

Moonlight Sonata by Beethoven has got to be one of the most beautiful pieces ever written.

Classical music is amazing.
I listen to it when I study, mainly. But its great to listen to just whenever. <3

Moonlight Sonata is lovely. It's one of my favourites.
My all time favourite is Clair de Lune. Not because of Twilight. I just think its beautiful.
Some of Debussy's other pieces are lovely, too.

Debussy is my all time favourite composer. Arabesque si amazing, as is Clair de Lune, but I really like Reverie and La Fille Aux Cheveux De Lin. His music is just so easy to listen to.
Chopin's Nocturnes are really lovely too.

Does anyone have any reccmendations?I'd love to expand my classical music pallete :D

Beethoven was my favorite at an early age. In our music class, we listened to this audio tape of a boy that said Beethoven lived upstairs. I just like Beethoven because he had a tormented life, knowing his hearing was failing him. His emotion transcended into his music, I just love it!

I don't really have a favourite, as I just started getting into classical music (up until this year, classical music annoyed me and gave me headaches). I generally listen to whatever they play on this one radio station that plays a lot of classical music. Sadly, now that I've started school again, I'm never home when they play the classical music. :(
