She did admit it was her and that she took them therefore they are under HER © and it is illegal to post them without her permission. It was the smart thing the do which the other actresses didn't do (own up to them) so they had no immediate legal standing to get them taken down.

I'm glad she's taking legal action.
And besides, if you saw the pictures, she looks WAY too young.
Whoever posted them really should go to jail. Poor Ashley, having her privacy invaded like that.

Goes to show us all, be careful of your reputaion, years to build and moment to destroy. We are all just one bad decision from our own personal hell. Guard yourself well...

My opinion of her wasn't altered..she never really seemed like a "good girl" to me, in real life.
Maybe it's just that picture of her flipping off the papz that gives me that impression, but then again who wouldn't flip off those annoying papz?

I'm hoping that Ashley really breaks out in New Moon for more roles. She just been doing photo shoots lately...it would be nice to see her in something else to see what she can do...

Can I just say that this girl is absolutely gorgeous. I approve of the casting director's choice of choosing her as Alice. Haha.
