Ahhh..Kellan, Kellan, Kellan. When I first read that he was going to be Emmett, I had no objections. He was perfect! He's big (muscular) and seemed pretty friendly!

When I first saw pictures of Kellan I flipped. Kellan WAS/IS the Emmett that I had pictured in my head all along. He has the body and that attitude that I thought that Emmett would have. He's such a good actor too. I think that Kellan understands the role of Emmett as well, which is a good thing.

I hear that Stephanie Meyer specially asked if Kellan could do the role.

Yeah, she said in an interview that the only actor she put her foot down for was Kellan.

Thank goodness for that too.

I agree, he's awesome! I just wish his hair had time to grow out before filming so we could enjoy the curls. Other than that, he's perfect. Definately one of my favorite vampires.

Aww. I really think he'll do a great job of Emmett. Too bad he shaved his head for that other movie. Aww well. He's still a great Emmett.
