jlbower79 wrote:^ well not that I know Rob or anything but hmmm the lyrics could be right but he just sang them wrong... he seems like someone who when he goes to his pubs to sing he goes to sing.. not to be lyrical correct... that's probably why most of the song you can't understand a damn thing he says... it's just HOW he's saying it. HOW he's expressing his tone of voice that makes you so draw into the sound or whatever or i'll just rambling on here... i'll shut up now.

AMEN! :D It is the timbre of Rob's voice that makes his singing so good. I don't care if I couldn't understand a single word in the song, I'd still love it because of the vocal quality he has. He does seem like a person who is more interested in conveying a message and emotion in a song than being lyrically accurate. In some ways I think that makes him better. Still, I'd like to be able to understand the lyrics to his song.

I'm going to start a "someone write an Oscar winning biopic script about Jeff Buckley so Rob Pattinson can play that part thank you" campaign. Bwahahaha. :)

Yes. It's a long title, but the "thank you" is integral to the plan. My momma always taught me to mind my manners. :)

Seriously though, he would be brilliant in that movie. And someone at EW heard my mental thoughts about it.

AWESOME! Thanks for that link. I would be so excited were Rob cast in that - but I think he's right about James Franco. Or at least someone who is more "recognizable" in America... although after Twilight, Rob is going to have to fend the scripts off.

Also, hopefully Rob will be busy from Feb - April filming NEW MOON WOOT WOOT! :)

that's from yesterday's taping of an MTV show called "Spoilers".

it suc_ks i have to wail till february.
and there's no way i'm going to see that on a tv, or dowloaded on my laptop.
i need to see Edward big-sized!

i went to the theather today to watch a movie, and a Twilight poster was on.
i completely freaked out on my way to the bathroom.
i was squeeling, and going "OH MY GOOOD".
a guy passed by at the moment, he probably thought i'm insane.

My personal opinion about Rob is that he's excellent to play Edward, thought he seems too stand-offish in his interviews, and a bit rude. Though that was only in a few interviews, so that might not be the general concensis (sp?). In saying that, I can't wait until Dec 3 for the advanced screening in Australia!!
