I agree, Lunna-san. But I did see the physical resemblance to Dakota for an Alec/Jane scenario.
I will interested in seeing how he can relay the cold-viciousness that is Caius.

He seems too young to be Caius. I was expecting someone much older, probably around the same age as Carlisle.

Yeah I think when the studio work their movie magic he will definitely look the part. Do you think they will keep it long or cut his hair short? More importantly how is he going to pull off the cold heartness of Caius's character. We can go gaga over his looks but at the end of the day it's about the performance.

Sort of scary because they look similiar to the actor who's playing the role

Well Peter Facinelli doesn't have the right age to be Carlisle either. I mean, he was great and he has the right looks. He looked fatherly and that really didn't bothered me the fact he has 35 to 36 years old.

I believe we will have tons of surprises with the cast of the Volturi. Because Bella's discription left it open to interpretation. Like someone posted, I also imagined Caius' white hair as platine blonde. I never saw him as an old man.

Have you noticed that Dakota, Jamie and Noot are a bit alike. They are all blondes, light eyed and pale. Would that be a coincidence?

I imagined Caius as Malfoy form Harry Potter, but a bit older!

But Caius isn't really a lovely character.

He's not as I imagined Caius, but I think he could look the part. He looks a bit young, but I'm sure he'll look good in the actual movie - and I think they should cut his hair. Hopefully he can act too.

Okay I just watched the movie RockNRolla this guy was in but he only had like four lines. He played one of these laid back rockers and asked for dry ice that's about it so I couldn't gauge his acting abilities. Nonetheless I really enjoyed the movie it was pretty cool.

There is something about his face that says "creepy" to me and with the right makeup/hair he could def look the part. I mean, look at this image from Sweeney Todd. But I did picture someone older.

ok well i guess i didnt pay that much attention to the descriptions
i actually pictured all of the Volturi much older

however im pretty sure Jamie will be a really good Caius
Sweeney Todd is one of my favorite movies and he did really well in that
he connected will with his character
so im hoping he will do the same in New Moon

he actually could pull off being alec too
