That is the New and Improved site... I still have to add things... but it works for now. Feel free to join and make posts and Ideas...
Also... I must know how many people are generally interested cause if it is more then 250 people i will have to find another location for this shin dig...
I will be looking for at least two more administrators for the site and a couple of moderators.
Please advertise the site on your blogs!
If anyone knows how to make a button for the site please let me know.
Thank you.

Well just have 250 tickets available,
that way, when people know there's a limit,
they'll be eager to get their tickets right away,
and knowing that's it's not open to anyone, aka the 'public'
might make them want to go even more?
I dont know, that's how I would feel though.

There will be a limited amount of tickets available.
250 to be exact.
This is a ticket only event... once they are sold out thats it... There will be a guest list at the door... You must have your ticket at the time of entrance... if you do not you will not be allowed in.
The tickets will be $80.00 per person.
This price includes:
Hall
Food
DJ
Raffle
Goodie Bag
The date and Time of the event is still tbd. As soon as we have that date Tickets will go on sale.

I was thinking... maybe the charity could be the one that Hot Topic has... the music one... it's just an idea. Only reason I'm thinking this is cause I'm having a difficult time finding a literacy charity. So I figured the music one since music was a huge part of Stephenie's writing.

I would have it in Chicago this first year. If we are able to organize a second one I will consider a new location. I am looking for help though.
Is there anyone out there who could help me with getting this sponsored? I'm not entirely sure how to go about it and I can't seem to find anyone who does... so any help would be fantastic.
For one I would love if we could get Hot Topic, Torrid, Borders... places like that to help. I am going to try and ask some of the local businesses around where I live if this is possible.

Northern California isn't much better! I'm too far away from LA or SF to do anything fun and Twilight-related.
