I've tried emailing and pming them... and I either get nothing or they tell me that i don't have everything. And when i brought it up to their attention on one of the things in the news thing... they told me they never saw an email and they never recieved my pm's.

Maybe you can get it going on the other twilight board: his golden eyes? That's really weird how they aren't responding to your pms like that...-scratches head-

Yeah and the moment it ends up on another site they'll probably be like didn't that start on ours first.... I would expect permission from them to even post it up. I'm tired of messing around.

Okay, so I know of a place that I can rent... it runs around 3000 to 5000 for the night for the Ball...

Now, I will do catering... that will be about 10.00 to 15.00 per person... and this will be a two day event... day one is the ball. the next day is Six Flags Great America.

Six flags great america is optional...

There may be a third day added... providing this goes over... it would be to Navy Pier.

Yeah, 5,000 dollars is generally the amount of money needed to have a formal party at a catering hall. I've probably asked this numerous times but it would just be one big ball at a certain location?

YEah. I'm trying to decide 250 and 500 people... Cause the hall has a room for 500 people at the most. Thing is... I don't think I'll be going with their catering... I could ask for a price estimate and what not... if it's reasonable with the food then I'd do that... and the moment i find out about the price for securing the room I think I'll set up a donation thing or something so that I don't have to pay for the entire down payment and then some to have it. Casue the down payment could be anywhere from 300 to a 1000. Like my mom is just renting a hall at the same place for my sisters stupid sweet sixteen (which i never got to have one... but what ever) and the down payment is about 300... and thats for the smallest room which seats up to 100.

Its a nice hall... and I'm thinking of having a photography thing, and I think I'm having my sister do the photography... for 15 she is pretty good with a camera... I'm not kidding... she takes awesome photos!

http://i285.photobucket.com/albums/ll41 ... 21/090.jpg Thats of her, and she took that herself. Its pretty good in my opinion... that was when she was like 13 or something. She has a better camera now... and hopefully by that time we can rent a camera and lighting equipment. But if we can't do that... or decide not to go with her... then I'll hire some one... and that would be included in the ticket price... or something idk...

Where is this catering hall? I think you should save money and just have your sister take pictures. I mean if she's a good photographer, why not? I'm guessing ticket prices would be...10-15 dollars a head?
