Also are we going to be open before the actual grand opening party? maybe have a few test runs for first come first serve.

all i know so far about the Volturi party is that we have 12 exects from Summit. We are probably going to need the blood drainer.. some of them are going to be tough to get. I was thinking appetizers maybe some left overs from the wood chipper. but thats my opinion. we need to do this orderly so please make sure everyone knows what they are doing. i would also like to use my throw in for the month of December, the girl at the bookstore she wouldnt take back all my books. thanks so much. I'm thinking it won't be a good idea to have too many tweens around while the Volturi are in... so I'm not sure if I should take on some other role for the banquet?

tweens are very delicious apparently. i would suggest taking them out of the equation while they are around. wouldnt want mistakes

We need more trainees... one could be a trainee for almost any position really, not just showroom... put debussygirl down for whatever trainee spot she wishes. No security trainees though, they need a little more stamina. and there can be more than one trainee at the same time (maybe not 15 secretary trainees and no other though... we all know they are just after the vamp phone book...)
And I'm thinking that we might need some "hall monitors gone bad" to help the pack out in situations not suitable for werewolves.
Wood Chopper Cleaner, Architect will have to have his say in this, he sits on 2 positions already, and hands down girls, the security thing is heavy duty these days...
And MRK's granny is head of cleaning crew, but hey? who's in the crew??? Need to put out a post about needing cleaners, for both cafe and the food...

Oh, yes. About the 3rd, I can make it without a problem, I'll even be on the right continent. Can I however borrow Architect during my wedding and honeymoon (for security only!!!) since I don't want it crashed. This also means that the pack will be diminished for that time. I don't think serving non-veggie vamps would be such a good idea. yes we would have the cullen's as customers but could we make the guarantee that the non-veggies wouldn't interrupt the veggies meals?
