I had a comment here but was thinking it was too deep for this thread and have moved it to:

http://forum.twilightlexicon.com/viewto ... 65#p457065

Can't get too deep for the Lex (*grin*). In theory, serious character discussion takes place on the character threads in the Sparkling forum -- and that's often the place people will go look for "deep" posts, but as far as I'm concerned this thread is for you guys to talk about Carlisle any way that pleases you. If you all decide you want to move this convo to Sparkling, I'm happy to move the posts there -- someone should just pm me -- but if you're happy to carry on here, that's fine too.

*stands, applauds, wolf whistles, applauds some more, "WHOOOOT WHOOT!!!!!"

That is just bloody priceless. And yet, so amazingly accurate. I love my 2nd life.

Hmmm, my answer....(ok, bear with me through the explanation) a great big dish of my grandma's Pierrogi. For those of you who don't know what Pierrogi are, they are...ummm....Polish ravioli, for lack of a better explanation; egg dough stuffed with a mixture of mashed potatoes, cream, cheese and onion, boiled and then fried in more butter and onions. They are literally my very favorite comfort food. That's how I see Carlise...warm, welcoming, always a comfort when the world feels cold. For some he would be... meatloaf, or grandma's spaghetti and meatballs, or Abuelita's arroz con pollo. Whatever it is that makes you feel safe and warm and comforted and loved, THAT is Carlisle.

Well I am glad to know that I make others feel safe, warm, comforted and loved. I have always striven to make others happy, healthy and loved. I am happy to know that someone else other than my family has noticed my efforts. Thank you.

After a long day in the ER like I had today, I so wish I could fall asleep and dream. I am very blessed to not have to sleep and care for the patients that I do as well as spend time with my family. However, at times I wish I could dream.

If I could dream, what do you think I would dream about?

Ooooh, there's a thought to ponder. Well, as I always project happy dreams, I think maybe about all of the things that the Cullen family have done and could do as a family, family bonding time. Especially now with Bella and Ness, the family complete in a way no one ever predicted, all the possibilities that open up.
