It's difficult for me to nail down a "favorite" moment, but I think it might be something that isn't even talked about directly in the books. One of my favorite moments was when Edward told Bella when they were in the boat nearly to Isle Esme, that Esme let them borrow the island. It demonstrated her amazing generosity and welcoming Bella to the family.

I don't think she watches much, but I see her enjoying HGTV, TLC, and maybe some 80s family-oriented comedies like Family Ties or The Cosby Show. I don't see her liking new shows as much, mostly because now they're all sex and violence and she's so family conscious.

I think HGTV would be a given and probably musical performances on PBS like Austin City Limits or Boston Pops because she loves to hear Edward play so much.

I think she might also really enjoy movies. Comedies, romances and family dramas (happily ever afters) would probably be among her preferences.
