I'm okay with it. I assume they'll have to do CGI stuff or something to make her look younger? Which would be fine as long as they do it well. Which thanks to BC letter to fans on fb it sounds like he has assembled an amazing team to do great special effects.

If you look at pics of her next to Rob & Kristen she definitely looks like she could be their kid! It's crazy. (If you would like I could try to find the pics floating around on the internet that has the comparison.)

EDIT: Instead of double posting I'm just editing my last post. If anyone is intrested you can go here and find out what the casting process was like for Renesmee. It includes a video of a cute girl named Tilly who didn't get the part auditioning. But it does contain some spoilers. It's just a draft of the screenplay that was used for auditioning purposes but I bet it's similiar to the official one being used. I migh regret watching it later (spoilers) but I loved it. It made me even more excited for BD & Renesmee.

It's been quiet on the Nessie board recently, so I decided to try and spice things up a little.

I know that I may've asked this before, but what would Renesmee have as far as a taste in cars? Brand names, type of car, fuel type? Discuss away.

I like the look of her for Nessie. She seems like she would be greta. I just wonder how they will make her work for Nessie. I mean, that has to involve a lot of CGI.

Note, the language is Dutch, but watch the girl's body lanuguage and such. Would Nessie be kind of like that?

Anyone think that Lily Collins (Phil's daughter and Taylor's co-star in a new movie) could be a good adult version of Nessie? Only problem may be her height--she's only about 5'5" or 5'6". That would be fine if Bella on screen was 5'4" like in the book, but Kristen is 5'6"(and her make-up artist says that she's closer to 5'7" than 5'6"). Maybe it's just the idealization that Nessie would be a bit taller than Bella (about 5'7" or 5'8" or so).

I'd think that Amanda Crew would also be a good grown up Renesmee, but she's about 5'10", and may look a little too emo at times. At least both Lily and Amanda seem to be Twilight fans.

And then there's Jenn Proske from Vampires Suck. I think she'd make a good Renesmee--she has that pouty, mischevious, come-hither look that grown up Nessie might have, and she looks more like Nessie than Bella (or Becca, as the case was) to me, and she's become a huge fan of the saga.

Anyone have an opinion on these suggestions, or anyone have someone else that they can see as adult Nessie?

I think I like Jenn Proske for her... but I don't like Vampires Suck much so I wouldn't want her actually playing Ness...
